Varsha Kadrekar

I am working with URMEE NGO in ARISE project from last year. This work has helped me to increase my confidence. I got direction to my thoughts. I have enjoyed my work with my students. Slowly, my interest in this work has increased day by day. I have learnt constructivism through different trainings and it helped to change my view towards education system totally. I use to this in my work effectively through activity based learning. ARISE project gave me new insights and experiences .I am very grateful to URMEE NGO for their valuable support.
