Since last four years, I have got the opportunity to work at ZPUPS School through URMEE NGO. Every time, I have learnt new things from teachers, students, and my colleague .Due to training on Constructivism I learnt ‘How to learn a child’. For holistic development of child, the role of parents, community, and teachers is very important. I have experienced this at the time of working. I am thankful to URMEE NGO and my colleagues for this opportunity.

I am working with URMEE NGO in ARISE project from last year. This work has helped me to increase my confidence. I got direction to my thoughts. I have enjoyed my work with my students.
